MediPartners – dedicated to your unique & individual lifestyle needs.

Hermanus Assisted Living Suites is managed by MediPartners, a collaboration between health care professionals, financial professionals and investors, established to identify, promote and develop private health care services throughout Southern Africa.

At MediPartners, we are focused on providing individual care for Independent and Assisted Living residents that may require special focus relating to Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Frail care.

  • Independent and Assisted Living is the perfect lifestyle for active, independent and on the go ‘older’ residents, who do not necessarily need daily medical management.
  • Frail care is focused on caring for residents that need their daily and individual needs meet such as physical, psychological, emotional and social, that cannot necessarily be met in within their own home.
  • Neurodegeneration disorder relates to and includes Dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinsons and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc.  Dementia is a broad category of brain diseases that cause long-term and often gradual decrease in the ability to think and remember and affects a person’s daily functioning.
  • Neurocognitive disorder is centred on assisting patients who have reduced cognitive functions, relating to their awareness of thoughts and memory recall both in the thought process and behaviour as a result of neurological illness and mental illness.

At its core, MediPartners provides healthcare and medical management services to elderly patients who need assistance with home caring, discharge planning, multidisciplinary services and other medical treatments.
